Why is my tile cracking or coming loose?
Almost always it is the surface under the tile: a floor that flexes, a slab that was not flat, or a shower wall that was never waterproofed. Good tile is mostly good prep. We fix the base first, then set the tile.
How long does a tile shower take?
Demo, waterproofing, setting, and grouting a standard shower is usually about a week including cure times. Large format tile, niches, and benches add a little. You get the schedule in writing.
Can you match my existing drywall texture?
Yes. Orange peel, knockdown, and smooth are all common around here and we blend the repair into the surrounding wall so it disappears once it is painted.
Do you do small drywall repairs or only whole rooms?
Both. We patch holes and water damage, and we hang and finish entire additions. If it is a small repair we will often fit it in around a bigger job in your area.
Do I need to move out while you tile the bathroom?
No. We seal off the room, keep the dust down, and if it is your only bathroom we plan the work so you are without it for as little time as possible.
